Before I started classes with you, I was an anxious person. Now, having taken your classes, I am more relaxed, I enjoy being around a group of people. The meditation definitely helps, and my body feels all the benefits as well. My husband is pleased and looks forward to me going to class for many reasons, but notices that I am so happy to go and I return more settled and just chilled.’

Hi, I’m Michelle!
I used to be tired, run down, anxious because I was juggling my career as a senior manager, my kids and my mum’s ill health. Eventually, it all came crashing down, and I decided to become more focused on my yoga and mental health.
Flash forward to today…
I’ve switched my senior manager role for being my own boss. I’m a 500 hour trained yoga teacher and I lead yoga classes and workshops teaching other women in their midlife how to be happy, healthy and enthusiastic about this phase of our lives.
My creative abilities, not only saw me survive the Pandemic, but also allowed me to grow my own business. I still teach yoga classes throughout the week, in addition to running successful workshops and retreats, and coaching.
Let’s face it, midlife doesn’t have to be miserable.
